Archer Western completes Savoy Apartments in uptown Charlotte
CHARLOTTE, NC - Archer Western has completed construction of Savoy Apartments, a six-story residential development in uptown Charlotte鈥檚 Stonewall Street corridor. Savoy offers 302 one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartment units averaging 830 square feet. Each unit features 10-foot ceilings, expansive master closets, engineered hardwood flooring, quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, keyless entry and balconies with views of uptown.
Built by Archer Western and designed by Axiom Architecture, the 522,000-square-foot multi-family structure consists of a cast-in-place, post-tensioned concrete basement, first floor, mezzanine and podium level. The remainder of building and residential floors are wood-framed.

We were always observing, performing countless inspections and utilizing BIM 360 to ensure that our client was receiving the highest quality product.鈥�
The Savoy Apartments are led by developer Proffitt Dixon Partners and investor Creek Lane Capital. Along with 302 residences, the property also features 11,000 square feet of ground level retail and restaurant space. Property amenities include a clubhouse, elevated saltwater pool, indoor dog spa, outdoor dog park, fitness center, yoga studio, business center, bocce courtyard and an indoor parking facility.
